The Board approved an agreement with the San Diego County Superintendent of Schools, acting as agent for the Risk Management JPA, to provide DOT-mandated drug and alcohol testing services from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The District will pay service-based monthly fees plus a 2 percent administrative surcharge from the General Fund.
