Description

The City of Cudahy approved an amendment to its Master Service Agreement with Hinderliter de Llamas and Associates to add compliance and collection services for rental registration fees under its rent stabilization program. HDL will be compensated on a contingency-fee basis for discovering and collecting on non-compliant rental units while the City retains the majority of recovered revenue.
