The City of Seaside has approved a 90-day extension through September 18, 2025, for the allocation of water and recycled water to KB Bakewell Seaside Venture II, LLC, supporting commencement of grading and construction activities for the Campus Town project. This follows previous extensions under a Purchase and Sale Agreement and is subject to project progress and meeting certain conditions.
