The City of Alice Council adopted a resolution denying the proposed revenue and rate increase from CenterPoint Energy Resources Corporation DBA CenterPoint Energy Entex and CenterPoint Energy Texas Gas. The resolution also authorizes continued participation in the Texas Coast Utilities Coalition of Cities with special counsel and requires reimbursement of municipal rate case expenses.
