The Carbon County Commission approved partnering with ALTIGEN (Jurassic Spark Project) to initiate a right-of-way agreement for building a natural gas pipeline across Bureau of Land Management property. ALTIGEN will be responsible for all environmental work, costs, maintenance, and erosion control, with no financial obligation to Carbon County.
