The City of Fairborn authorized its City Manager to apply to the Ohio Department of Development for up to $2.5 million in FY2027 REDD grant funding to support a workforce housing project at 526 Legion Lane. If awarded, the City Manager may enter into necessary agreements with the state agency to accept and expend the grant funds on eligible housing and infrastructure costs.
