Initial term runs from August 23, 2026, through August 23, 2027. TEF may renew annually by delivering written notice to TISD no later than August 12 of each subsequent year. Either party may terminate without cause upon at least 30 days’ written notice, and TISD may also terminate at the expiration of any budget period during the term.
