SeaTac staff seek committee recommendation to grant the Port of Seattle a non-exclusive, perpetual easement to cross the Lakes to Sound Trail corridor at Segment C for maintenance access. The easement defines vehicle limits, safety and notice procedures, and maintenance obligations to protect public trail use.
