Initial term through June 30, 2027, with automatic one-year renewals from July 1 through June 30 unless either party provides written non-renewal notice at least 15 days before term end. Either party may terminate at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Agreement automatically terminates after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Access may change fees for renewal terms with 30 days’ written notice before the start of the new term.
