University of Hawai'i Board of Regents Meeting Agenda May 2026

The University of Hawaiʻi Board of Regents will consider approving an indemnification in favor of Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC and the U.S. Government to allow UH personnel access to and use of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. The agenda item addresses risk allocation associated with UH researchers’ use of the federal research facility.
