Effective upon full execution; begins with 2026-2027 school year and automatically renews at the beginning of each new school year until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice

Agreement becomes effective upon signatures and begins during the 2026-2027 school year; it automatically renews at the beginning of each new school year unless either party terminates in writing. Either party may terminate with or without cause upon 30 days prior written notice, and the MOU may be revised in writing by mutual consent.

Agreement
