Council is considering a seven-month change order with the Ontario Clean Water Agency to add a shared full-time operator for water and wastewater operations, at a Township cost not exceeding $55,151. The amendment would be added to the existing operations and maintenance agreement to support increased workload and commissioning of the new Shedden wastewater treatment plant.
