Bartlett District Approves Multi-Year Tuition Pact with Conway

To be determined annually (formula: Conway's most recent DOE 25 and ADMA, plus CPI+2.5%, not to exceed 8% annual increase), plus share of capital improvements per CIP appendix and direct costs for special education as billed.

Initial 5 school years, commencing September 1, 2027, then automatic annual renewal unless notice given; minimum term through June 30, 2032 unless terminated per Section II/III.

Initial 5-year minimum term, then automatic year-to-year renewal unless one party gives written notice by the end of the third full fiscal school year preceding desired termination. Contract may also end if capital improvements are made and a district opts out or if state/federal funding changes.
