Nuvera Communications proposes to lease land from the Belle Plaine School District to build a facility for fiber to the home service. The proposed building would be 10 ft X 16 ft and would be located across from the JH/SH building, on the site of the old skating rink. The board is recommended to negotiate lease terms with Nuvera for this project.
