Chevron Trail Easement Donation Agreement Extended

The Board will consider a third amendment to the donation agreement with Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to extend the term through November 2, 2028 for a recreational trail easement at Point San Pablo as part of the San Francisco Bay Trail. The extension allows additional time to finalize the second phase trail alignment across Chevron property.
