Franklin Schools, GCSC approve dual enrollment agreement

Franklin County School Board and Gulf Coast State College entered into a 2026-2027 articulation agreement effective August 1, 2026 to govern dual enrollment, early admission, and career education opportunities for high school students. Under the agreement, the district reimburses the college for on-site instructors, pays standard tuition for campus and online courses, and shares textbook and disability accommodation costs while GCSC provides courses, advising, and library access.
