Monroe’s Downtown Advisory Board will consider recommending a $2,250 Building Rehabilitation and Improvement Grant to property owner Bill Heisner for repainting and installing new façade lighting at 109 S Main Street. The 50/50 matching grant would reimburse half of the $4,500 project cost upon completion and submission of paid receipts.
