North Florida Water Utilities Authority executed an agreement with Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative and Suwannee County under which its security deposit requirement for electric services is waived. Suwannee County guarantees NFWUA’s payment obligations to SVEC if NFWUA cannot meet them, for the duration of service or until mutual termination.
