VVWRA staff recommends the Board authorize the General Manager to execute a one-year extension of the existing HVAC maintenance agreement with FHA Services Inc. for the regional and subregional plants in an amount not to exceed $140,196 for the next fiscal year, pending final legal review. The extension will continue preventative and corrective HVAC services across VVWRA facilities.
