The Oxnard Finance & Governance Committee is recommending that City Council authorize the Public Works Director to execute an agreement with the Ventura County Auditor-Controller for billing of direct assessments. The agreement will enable placement of Community Facilities District special taxes on the Ventura County Secured Tax Roll for FY 2026-27.
