City amends ECC ground lease with UVA

Charlottesville City Council approved an amendment to its 1997 ground lease with the Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia to add a modular unit at 2304 Ivy Road to the Emergency Communications Center premises. The modular building will be used and maintained under the existing ECC lease while ownership remains with UVA.
