The Waterbury Board of Education approved a no-cost Memorandum of Agreement with the William Julius Wilson Institute at Harlem Children’s Zone to support the Promise Pathways place-based school improvement program. The agreement provides remote and in-person consultation and technical assistance for one year from execution, with work anticipated through July 1, 2027.
