The Placer County Air Pollution Control District Board approved a grant agreement with the California Department of Conservation for up to $400,000 to administer and implement a Biomass Energy Support Project. The District will manage a study to estimate the non-energy benefits of biomass utilization under this agreement. The Air Pollution Control Officer is authorized to negotiate and sign related contracts.
