Smithville ISD entered into an Educational Experience Memorandum of Understanding including Cedar Park Health System, LLC to provide clinical and observational placements for CTE health science students without any payment obligations between the parties. The agreement has a one-year initial term with automatic one-year renewals unless either party gives 60 days’ written notice of nonrenewal, subject to Board approval.
