LAVTA will enter into a funding agreement with the Alameda County Transportation Commission to accept $4 million in I-580 Express Lanes Net Toll Revenue for emergency transit operations in FY 2026-27 and 2027-28. The agency commits over $26.7 million in matching funds and agrees to Alameda CTC’s program and reporting requirements.
