The City of Rosemead is considering execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Los Angeles County Development Authority to implement the Lead Free Homes LA Program for no-cost lead hazard mitigation in eligible homes. Under the MOU, LACDA will manage contractors, cover all program costs, and provide quarterly reports while the City facilitates permitting and outreach through the Phase 7 window from June 1 to October 31, 2026.
