The City of Thousand Oaks approved a Purchase and Sale Agreement and License Agreement with the Conejo Recreation and Park District for transfer and use of property at 524 West Janss Road to develop a neighborhood park and related facilities. The City Manager was authorized to execute all documents necessary to complete the transaction and right-of-way license.
