The City Commission will consider a resolution renewing Johnson City’s participation in the Northeast Tennessee/Virginia HOME Consortium for a new three-year term from 2027 to 2029, maintaining regional access to HUD HOME funds for affordable housing activities. The cooperative agreement will automatically renew upon re-adoption of the resolution and confirming signature of the Mayor.
