Troy approves $15.5M water bond with EFC option

The Troy City Council authorized up to $15.5 million in serial bonds for major water system improvements and empowered the Comptroller to sell the bonds or notes to EFC through one or more loan and project financing agreements. These financings will support upgrades such as Eddys Lane Pump Station improvements over a probable 40-year useful life.
