Centerville Amends Cornerstone Development Agreement Again

The City of Centerville approved an Eighth Amendment to its Development Agreement with Cornerstone Developers, LTD. for roughly 228.5 acres along both sides of I-675. The amendment updates the South Parcel site plan, defines entertainment uses, and adds prohibited uses while leaving other agreement terms in place.
