Amendment No. 2 revises the fee structure tied to a finalized GMP of $134,983,651.00, sets the A/E base fee at 4.75% of the Owner’s budget for Cost of Work, increases supplemental services by $650,000.00, eliminates $300,000.00 in additional services (now $0.00), and results in a net fee increase of $340,966.64 with no change to the project schedule. Prior Amendment No. 001 dated June 24, 2024 had raised the Owner’s budget for Cost of Work to $135,173,827.00.
