Consultant Advances ReCODE Zoning Drafts for Topsham

The Town of Topsham continues its contract with consultant Kirk to develop draft land use code revisions under the ReCODE project. Kirk has completed phase 1 and is about 90% finished with the first of three planned drafts, focusing on form-based code for the town center and cleanup of existing chapters elsewhere.
