City council considering a lease agreement with Grand Circle Arts Alliance for an arts and culture center. Motion was made by Councilor Hammond to move into a lease agreement with Grand Circle Arts Alliance for Parcel 80004016A for an Arts and Culture Center with the following stipulations. Require them to pay for a building assessment, City would match 50% of costs up to 1.5 million for repairs if matching funds are identified within a 12 month period, after repairs are complete enter into a 3 year lease at $800 per month.
