The JRWSS JTM Administrative Committee approved awarding a construction contract to T.E. Roberts, Inc. for the Unit 3 Reach 6 Relocation project from Ritz Pointe Drive to Niguel Road, in an amount not to exceed $2,925,863 plus a 10% contingency for change orders. The project will relocate portions of the joint transmission main as part of JRWSS capital improvements.
