The Disclosure Dissemination Agent Agreement is dated as of the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds and continues for so long as the District has disclosure obligations related to the Bonds; renewal and amendment terms are governed by that separate agreement, which may be amended from time to time. The Paying Agent Agreement does not specify an explicit renewal date but ties term to the outstanding life of the Bonds.
