Initial term runs September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms by written mutual agreement. Each renewal is contingent on Board of Education approval and passage of a District budget including the SRO position at least 30 days before the prior term expires. Either party may terminate with 60 days’ written notice, with the District owing remaining salary and benefit costs if it terminates early.
