River Heights City drafts ROW license with Google Fiber

Description
River Heights City and Google Fiber Utah, LLC have drafted a Non-Exclusive Public ROW License Agreement allowing Google Fiber to deploy and operate a fiber optic broadband network within the City’s public rights-of-way. In return, Google Fiber will pay a 2% fee on qualifying gross revenues, maintain a $10,000 performance bond and specified insurance, and comply with relocation and restoration obligations over an initial 20-year term with automatic 5-year renewals.
