Summers County Schools entered into an MOU with Educational Consulting Teams to support the M3T math teacher leadership network from May 2026 to May 2027. ECT will administer the program, pay stipends, manage conferences, and invoice the district $5,000 quarterly. The agreement supports one Math Teacher Leader and a Local Improvement Team of math teachers.
