The Moraga-Orinda Fire District Board authorized the Fire Chief to enter into a purchase agreement with CLL Enterprises, LLC for the property at 1150 Moraga Way at a price of $3,600,000 plus associated transaction costs, including a $100,000 deposit and standard inspection contingencies.
