Fort Bend County has executed a one-year license agreement with Houston Indian Cricket Club for use and maintenance of Arboretum Cricket FIELD 1 at the Fort Bend County Arboretum Cricket Complex. The club will manage field scheduling and upkeep at its own expense and must maintain specified liability insurance and comply with County rules and state law requirements.

Initial one-year term beginning on the Effective Date with no automatic renewal. Houston Indian Cricket must submit any renewal request in writing at least 30 days before the Termination Date. Either party may terminate early with 30 days’ written notice, and the County may terminate for cause upon breach.
