WebCRD Software License Assigned To New Customer

Franklin County Public Schools executed an Assignment Agreement under which the existing WebCRD Software License Agreement is assigned to a new Assignee, with Rochester Software Associates Inc. consenting. The Assignee will now be responsible for WebCRD support services and fees paid directly to RSA, while WebCRD-related services are removed from the Assignor’s contract at no change in charges.
