District to Negotiate Flint Trail Reimbursement Agreement

Copper Valley Community Services District is being asked to authorize negotiation of a reimbursement agreement with CV Partners for the Flint Trail community access road improvements. The agreement will define reimbursement of developer-incurred design and construction costs using existing bond funds and will return to the Board for final approval.
