The City of Evansville and Phillips-Morning Investment Group, LLC executed Amendment #1 to their 2018 Development Agreement for the Lot 2 mixed-use project in TID #9. The amendment terminates the original agreement, replaces multi-year tax increment reimbursements with a one-time $150,000 incentive payment due by April 14, 2023, and includes mutual releases of prior claims. The developer remains obligated to comply with city ordinances as the property is further developed under the approved site plan.
