Bergenfield Borough School District Awards Technology Contract to New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (April 2026)

Annual administrative fee of $150.00; $150.00 per each additional 5,000 record increment

TECHNOLOGY

Five (5) years from the date of the signature by the Commission’s Chief Administrator; fees assessed annually by calendar year

MOU term is five years from the Chief Administrator’s signature. Program Participant must submit a new application and supporting documentation at least 30 days prior to expiration to maintain account status. Agreement may be terminated by the Commission on 10 days’ notice, immediately for certain risks or breaches, or within 30 days of Program Participant’s written termination request. MOU may be amended only by a written, signed amendment.
