The Town Council authorized the Town Manager to enter into a Developer Agreement involving Salisbury-Rowan Utilities for a 2-inch water main extension associated with the 121 West Centerview Street project. Salisbury-Rowan Utilities will fund approximately half of the estimated $50,000 project cost, with no direct funding from the Town.
