City Amends Agreement With Brookfield For Base Reuse

The Concord City Council amended its Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with Brookfield to align with a new U.S. Navy Term Sheet governing the transfer and redevelopment of about 2,422 acres at the former Concord Naval Weapons Station. Brookfield, as master developer, will ultimately make the required payments for the land as the project advances.
