The East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG), via RFP CG-WFWIOA26R, is seeking a vendor to deliver WIOA Youth Stand Alone Services focusing on medical career pipelines in East Texas. The winning proposer will be awarded up to $150,000 for one year beginning July 1, 2026, with options for three one-year renewals, subject to funding and performance.
