Arlington Plans Development Deal For Cypress Creek Park

The Town of Arlington Board of Mayor and Aldermen will consider Resolution 2026-19 authorizing Mayor Mike Wissman to enter into a development agreement with Arlington Industrial Partners for construction of the Cypress Creek Business Park. The project site is located north of Hwy 64, approximately 500 feet east of Cypress Ridge Drive.
