Amendment No. 1 restarts and extends the PSA term from March 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 without increasing the original not-to-exceed amount of $250,000. On each anniversary of the effective date, TRB+ may increase hourly rates by up to 5% with 30 days’ written notice, and any increase beyond the maximum payment requires mutual written agreement.
