The Board will consider ratifying a $359,951 revenue agreement with the California State Water Resource Control Board to support the County’s Beach and Bay Water Quality Monitoring Program from July 1, 2025 through August 15, 2026. The agreement partially funds sampling, testing, and public notification activities at high-use beaches and bays, with remaining costs covered by Health Realignment revenue and General Purpose Revenue.
